You will see that you basically get a set amount of HHO from a certain amount of AMPS using a set voltage The size or number of plates has very little to do with production. But everything to do with efficiency These test simulate the production and efficiency that you would would get by installing the hho dry cell in your car (13.2 volts) without any added electronic gadgets.
